Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Torneos MVP platform. These terms establish the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the use of our services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Torneos MVP platform (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of service
Torneos MVP is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for the comprehensive management of sports competitions, including tournaments, rankings, digital refereeing, and streaming. Services are available under different subscription plans described in our pricing section.
3. Registration and user account
To access certain Platform features, you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are prohibited: (a) using the Platform in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations; (b) transmitting defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content; (c) attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks; (d) interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.
5. Intellectual property
All content, source code, trademarks, logos, and materials available on the Platform are the property of Torneos MVP or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.
6. Data and privacy
The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /landings/privacy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Torneos MVP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last twelve (12) months.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Platform. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from them shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of justice in the city of Santiago, Chile.
